By Car from M25 J10 (Heading West):

Travelling clockwise on M25 exit the motorway at junction 10, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A3 ramp to A307/London/Kingston/Esher, merge onto Portsmouth Road/A3. Take the first exit toward Walton/B365/Esher/A307. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A245, turn right onto Seven Hills Road/B365, go straight over one roundabout, at the next junction turn left onto one way, keep right following road to the right then stay left following main road straight on onto Queens Road/A317. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Ashley Road/B365 then after a short distance, turn left onto Oatlands Chase at the end of this road, turn right onto Oatlands Drive/A3050 after half a mile Springfield House can be found on the right hand side. The property is behind some residential properties. Please look for sign at end of drive.
 

By Car from M25 J11 (Heading East):

Travelling anti-clockwise on M25 exit the motorway at junction 11. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto St. Peter's Way/A317, continue to follow A317 go through 4 roundabouts for about 2.9 miles. At the top of Monument hill at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Oatlands Drive/A3050 after 1.5 miles Springfield House can be found on the right hand side. The property is behind some residential properties.  Please look for sign at end of drive.

By Train from London Waterloo:
